If the splitter is used for a long time and there is a gap in the positioning workspace, the gap should be eliminated by adjusting the distance between the axes. This can be achieved by synchronously adjusting the eccentric sleeves at both ends of the input shaft. Below is an introduction to the method of adjusting the distance of the cam splitter.

1、 Adjustment of input and output axial positions

The axial position of the cam can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts on both sides of the cam or the bearing glands on both sides of the input shaft to adjust the bearing glands on both ends of the output shaft or the locking nuts on the rear end to adjust the axial position of the indexing wheel.

2、 Adjustment of distance between axles

If the splitter is used for a long time and there is a gap in the positioning workspace, the gap should be eliminated by adjusting the distance between the axes. This can be achieved by synchronously adjusting the eccentric sleeves at both ends of the input shaft.

Attention: The cam splitter has been carefully adjusted at the factory and unauthorized adjustment is not allowed. If there is any adjustment, the manufacturer should be notified.
