A cam splitter is a mechanism that achieves intermittent motion, with high indexing accuracy, stable operation, large torque transmission, self-locking during positioning, compact structure, small volume, low noise, good high-speed performance, long service life, and other outstanding characteristics. No matter what equipment is used, it will malfunction during use. So how should we troubleshoot the cam splitter?
1.As for the transmission components, if the gears and pulleys are loose, this situation will cause unstable operation and shaking of the cam splitter. If this situation is encountered, simply adjust and fix the gears and pulleys, and keep the two synchronous wheels and two gears on the same plane.
2. Excessive or insufficient tension of the belt and chain can cause unstable rotation of the input drive system of the cam splitter. This problem can be solved by adjusting the position of the gears, including concentricity, distance, and the same plane. After adjustment, fix it with screws.
3. The flatness of the disc surface of the output shaft is insufficient, or the positioning and correction of the workstation are poor, and the disc surface is bent, deformed, or deviated from the middle. This requires that the surface material and thickness of the disc meet the requirements, and the starting position of the cam divider must be aligned.
