Assuming that the ventilation cap is not replaced and the pressure inside the gauge remains constant, it will damage the oil seal and cause oil leakage. Remember to replace the ventilation cap.

The ventilation cap that comes with the delivery is usually wrapped around the input shaft. When the supporting motor is shipped, the ventilation cap will stick to the surrounding surface inside the packaging box. When receiving the goods, be careful to remove it and not throw it away with the packaging.

Assuming that the ventilation cap cannot be found, it is possible to unscrew it from the splitter and then use a 2MM drill bit to make a hole.

3： Lubricant Replacement Tutorial

Before using the equipment, the cam splitter replaces the oil plug with a "vent cap" with a hole, because the splitter generates heat internally during long-term operation. Replacing the vent cap ensures that the meter maintains ventilation.

Oil injection: The cam splitter has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. When using it for the first time, be careful to check that the oil level is above the direction of the input shaft.

Oil change: Perform the first oil change after 1000 hours of operation of the cam splitter. The manufacturer prompts to replace the oil every 3000 hours after the first oil change. Even if the cam splitter is used frequently, ensure that the oil change is done once a year.
